How do I pay for AIO-6 after joining the VIP Club?

Thank you for trusting CHIGEE! We plan to launch the AIO-6 pre-sale on Kickstarter between late March and early April. You will receive an email with an exclusive link to support our project, select your preferred model and accessories, and secure the VIP Club benefits.

Your credit card will only be charged in early May when the campaign ends. At that time, we will also send you a survey to collect the necessary information for shipping.

When will the pre-sale start?

The AIO-6 project will launch on Kickstarter, the world’s largest crowdfunding platform. We expect the project to go live between late March and early April. VIP Club members will receive an email notification when the project launches. By joining the VIP Club, you’ve already locked in the best benefits, so even if you miss the email, the benefits promised on this page will still be yours.

When will the product be shipped?

Shipping is expected to begin between May and June. We will update the shipping timeline after the project goes live and keep VIP Club members informed via email.

Can I change the product model I want to buy after joining the VIP Club?

Yes, you can! Please contact Chigee support as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you in making the adjustment.

When will the VIP Club membership be paused for new members?

The purpose of creating the VIP Club is to better understand consumer purchase intentions, including preferred models and quantities, to help us prepare materials in advance. Once we have gathered enough data, we will close the VIP Club membership to new members.

Can I still receive early notifications and benefits if I only join the regular email list?

Yes, by joining the regular email list, you'll receive early notifications and have access to Kickstarter early bird benefits. While these benefits won’t be as extensive as those for VIP Club members, they will still be better than the official sales price. We strongly recommend joining the regular email list if you’re unsure about the VIP Club!

What does the Calimoto membership in the benefits mean?

We offer a one-year Calimoto membership at a discounted price lower than the market rate.

Please note that Calimoto membership is not free and requires an additional purchase. It is not included in the AIO-6 VIP Club benefits.

What is the difference between AIO-6 LTE (4G) and AIO-6 Max?

The only difference between the two devices is that the AIO-6 LTE (4G) supports direct internet connection via a mobile data SIM card, enabling features like live video streaming, weather updates, SOS emergency calls, and security notifications if your motorcycle is touched.

The AIO-6 Max does not support 4G connectivity and cannot be upgraded to the LTE version.

Please note that the two models have different physical designs. We recommend watching our product video for a detailed overview of all the smart features.

How do I check if my BMW supports the BMW Quick-Release Base?

The BMW Quick-Release Base is designed for motorcycles equipped with BMW's Nav Prep. It connects directly to Nav Prep and is powered by your BMW's electrical system.

Note: The BMW Quick-Release Base is compatible with Nav5/6 only and does not support Nav4.

How do I know if my motorcycle is compatible with the CG Quick-Release Module?

Motorcycle handlebar designs vary, so you’ll need a suitable mounting space for the CG Quick-Release Module.
