Chigee.com ships merchandise worldwide. We appreciate your business and aim to get your order to you promptly! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping on Orders Over $79 for Specific Countries! 

Please note that due to high shipping costs to certain countries, we are unable to offer free shipping to some regions.

 

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.

 

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return (subject to our Return Policy).

 

Who pays for custom duties/taxes?

Due to the customs policies of different countries, we CANNOT guarantee the tax price. Our price does not include VAT or import tax for your country/region, but please let us know if the customs reach out for anything, we may provide our suggestion if possible. In case of a return due to customs duties, Chigee will not refund the shipping costs. We can't ship to APO, DPO, FPO, PO box and forwarding addresses.

 

What if I never received my order?

Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home.
If your order is past the estimated delivery date or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Contact us: help@chigeego.com

 

What to do if there is a delay?

It's entirely possible that your package will be delayed due to weather or other unresistible factors. If the delay affects your use, please contact our custom service via help@chigeego.com for compensation.
