Within 1 year from the date of signing in, if there is any non-human damage performance failure, users can enjoy the free replacement service. The round-trip freight shall be borne by the CHIGEE. 

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days from the receipt of the goods to request a return. Man-made damaged, modified items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange

Once your order is received, we begin processing it within 24hours, making cancellation difficult once it's in progress. To request cancellation, email Customer Service at We'll try to halt or modify the order. Once an item have shipped, cancellation isn't feasible.


Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund due to personal preferences, the product must be in brand-new condition and suitable for resale. This means it should be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. As part of the return request process, photo evidence is required to confirm the condition of the product before a return can be approved. Please do not return the item(s) to the shipping address. Contact our customer support team for instructions on the return process.

CHIGEE shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults.



Please contact our Customer Service team immediately to report any damage. Upon receiving your report and documentation, we will swiftly address the issue. This may involve sending a replacement item or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.



Refunds of all kinds are always processed back to the original form of payment and at this time, we do not have the ability to change the method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 2-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. Once processed, you'll receive an email confirmation.
  • For returns, we require receipt and inspection of your item before issuing a refund, usually within 2-3 business days of its arrival. Your patience is appreciated as we verify adherence to our return policy guidelines.
