IoT SIM Card
To enable 4G features on the AIO-6 LTE, you’ll need to insert a SIM card into the device. The AIO-6 LTE's 4G data is only used for CHIGEE GO app features — including remote video access, SOS alerts, geofencing, alarm notifications, and GPS tracking.
CHIGEE provides SIM cards for the listed countries/regions — most are free of charge, while a fee applies for Canada and the UAE. If your country is not listed, you will need to purchase your own local SIM card.
Each CHIGEE SIM comes with 2GB of data, valid for 180 days from the activation date. When using a CHIGEE SIM, no service fee is required — you’ll simply pay for data top-ups within the CHIGEE GO app.
Alternatively, you can use your own SIM card. After the first 6 months, a 4G service fee will be required($30 for 180 days or $50 for 360 days). If not paid, 4G features will be disabled, but all other functions will remain available.
Each card comes preloaded with 2GB of data, valid for 180 days from the device activation date. When using a CHIGEE-provided SIM card, no service fee is required.
Once activated, charges apply based on the pricing listed in the CHIGEE GO app. When your included data runs out, you can top up anytime at the same rate directly through the app.
If either the data or validity period expires, the SIM will be suspended. Your number will be held for up to 12 months. If no top-up during this time, the number will be permanently deactivated and cannot be restored.
When you purchase a 5GB / 360-day plan for $50, you’re buying a set amount of data (5GB) and a validity period (360 days).The plan will expire whichever comes first:
For example, if you use up the full 5GB in just 8 months, your plan will end at that point and you’ll need to top up.

No. The CHIGEE SIM card cannot be used across regions. Once activated, the SIM will be locked to the activation region and will only work within that region. It will not function properly in other areas.
The regional groupings are as follows table (one line per region).
For example, if you receive the Singapore SIM card, you’ll be able to roam in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia — the countries listed on the same line in the regional table.
Please note: Once you leave this group of countries, the SIM card will no longer provide data access. It cannot be used across different regions.
You're free to use your own local SIM card at any time. However, after the first 6 months, a 4G service fee will apply.

While your own SIM card provides mobile data, key 4G features rely on CHIGEE’s cloud infrastructure for fast, stable, and secure performance. The service fee supports:
– Ensures low-latency, stable data transmission worldwide for live tracking, video previews, and syncing.
– Enables real-time data processing and reliable app-device communication through CHIGEE’s dedicated servers.
– Such as remote camera access, live GPS tracking, riding record sync, and two-way app communication.
If the service fee isn’t paid, 4G features will be disabled — but all other functions will remain usable. You can re-enable 4G at any time by paying the fee.

No. All CarPlay and Android Auto apps still use your phone’s mobile data, just like AIO-6 Max.
The SIM card is automatically matched to your shipping address. If your country is not listed in the supported regions table, no SIM card will be included by default.
If you’d like to receive a SIM card from a listed region, please contact CHIGEE Support before your order ships — we’ll be happy to help.
Note: We do not offer SIM card reshipments once the package has been dispatched.
Due to high carrier fees in these regions, our SIM provider charges significantly more for service in Canada and the UAE. As a result, we’re unable to offer free SIM cards for these countries.
If you prefer not to pay the additional cost, we recommend using your own local SIM card instead.
No. The internal SIM card in the AIO-6 LTE is only used for CHIGEE GO app features (like GPS tracking, remote access, etc.). It cannot use your phone’s data.
However, apps running via CarPlay or Android Auto will continue to use your phone’s mobile data as usual — they are not affected by the AIO-6’s SIM status.

Please note: All purchases made via the CHIGEE GO app cannot be issued with VAT invoices. CHIGEE is not a European company, and VAT ID invoices are not supported.
Yes, the device can be removed and taken with you, or it can stay mounted on the motorcycle.
If you want to quickly detach the device, you will need to purchase an additional quick-release mount.
Yes, you can track and confirm location in real time through the CHIGEE GO app.
The SOS function operates automatically. If an accident occurs, the main unit will display a 1-minute countdown. If the user does not manually cancel it within that time, the system automatically sends an emergency alert to the preset contacts.
You can still use the phone mirror, dashcam, BSD function, and GPS recording. However, 4G-dependent features such as real-time location tracking, remote control functions, and the SOS emergency feature will not be available.
No, AIO-6 Max does not have a SIM card slot and cannot be modified to support one. Its physical design differs from other models, making it incompatible with SIM card insertion. If you need 4G functionality, please choose AIO-6 LTE model that supports a SIM card.
WThe SIM card slot and storage card slot are located on the right side of the device, secured with a waterproof rubber seal and anti-theft screws at both ends. You will need the special screwdriver included in the package to open it.
However, in extreme cases of theft or vandalism, we cannot guarantee complete protection.
