Important Note:Due to the larger 6-inch display, the BMW Quick-Release Module currently available is not compatible with BMW K1600, 1200RT (2014–2017), and 1250RT (2020) — it simply doesn't fit the available space. Please do not purchase this module if you own one of these models. We’re planning to design and produce a dedicated Quick-Release Module specifically for K/RT series that will work with your navigation cradle. You can still go ahead and buy the AIO-6 now. More details will be announced once the new module is ready.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience you're experiencing.

The issue may be caused by a faulty USB cable, connector, or power adapter. Please try using a different USB-A to USB-C cable or switching to another power source. In some cases, if the adapter’s power output is too high, it may trigger the device’s built-in protection system, preventing it from turning on.

Please also note that the USB-C port on the side of the device is intended for initial testing and diagnostics. For regular use, we recommend powering the unit via your motorcycle battery or a compatible quick-release module.

As for CarPlay not launching automatically — once the device is powered on, please tap “Car Link” on the home screen. Then, enter the Settings menu and ensure “Auto Connect” is enabled. This will allow the system to launch CarPlay automatically when it detects your phone.

Let us know if the issue persists or if you need further assistance. We’re here to help!
