  1. Before installing the CHIGEE valve stem, use an air gun to thoroughly clean the threads of the original valve stem hole.
  2. Once the threads are clean and dry, screw in the new valve stem as far as possible, ensuring a secure fit.

disappointed with the product

The product arrived, but once installed it was impossible to inflate the tire, I had to remove the part and do some work in a specialized store to turn three more threads so that the air filling nozzle would fit, after which I was able to make it work more than The way you sell it is impossible to make it work that way, you should rethink your engineers better.

To clarify, the inflation nozzle operates with a one-way valve mechanism. Inside the nozzle, there is a pin that pushes open the valve core to allow air to flow in. If the inflating head of your equipment is not able to press this pin and open the valve core, the air won’t be able to enter the tire.

It seems that the issue you encountered may be related to the air inflating head, rather than the valve itself. We recommend checking the compatibility of your inflating equipment’s nozzle with the valve.

Should be included or your sensors should be sold with certain bikes excluded!

I was disappointed I had to buy this in addition to the aio 6 & TPMS. At no point was it highlighted the senors don’t fit certain BMWs despite them being some of the most popular bikes on the market. You clearly know your sensors are too big to fit on common configurations so this should be noted at point of purchase. If people weren’t aware they’d easily ride off and damage/lose their front sensor - do better!

Doesn't fit on bmw s1000xr

It doesn't fit on a bmw.s1000 xr 2017 front Tire. As the hight of the sensor is to big to fit past the brake - even with shirt stams it will not fit - not enough clearance. Highed of the sensor is too big to pas the brake calliper - stams are already shortested in the market.

Back had no issues an integrates perfect - so 50/50 on review

Works on a 2022 BMW C 400GT

Works on a 2022 BMW C 400GT. I ordered a TPMS only from somewhere else to find out the sensor hit the caliper. This shorten tire valve stem made it possible to use the sensor. I have to remove the sensor locking bolt to inflate the tire but that is acceptable. Next time I will order it with their sensors to ensure compatibility.

does not work as expected

I got a response from my previous evaluation, but what they told me was that my air nozzle has a problem, but as you can see in the other reviews, everyone has the same problem, I really have to laugh, but luckily I solved the problem myself by taking the part in a mechanical lathe and he gave a 3mm pass on the part where I can fill it with any air nozzle. Please fix this problem, it's simple, just for information, I've been a mechanic for over 15 years and I know when a part has been poorly designed. The other products they make are excellent and very well made, but this valve should be studied better to suit everyone.

Reifendrucksensor hat mit diesem verkürzten Ventil max. 0.5mm Luft zwischen Bremssattel und Sensor.
Bei extremen Fahrbedingungen wird der Sensor am Bremssattel streifen, oder sogar abreissen. Für mich nicht nutzbar...
