What products does TR100 support?

It is compatible with general smartphones, tablets, and notebooks. Due to variations in output power (W), please confirm the required power for charging your connected device.

Can I charge the battery with a traditional USB-A port power bank?

Yes, but these chargers typically have lower output power, so charging time may be longer.

Can it be used with a 6/24-volt battery?

No, TR100 can only be used with 12V.

What power source should I use to charge the battery?

You can use a fast-charging charger or mobile battery that supports PD rapid charging protocol. If the power source supports 100W output, you can achieve a maximum 100W charging. Using a QC protocol power source from the USB-A port allows regular maintenance charging.

Does the cable also need to be compatible with USB Power Delivery?

Simply having a USB Type-C cable does not guarantee USB Power Delivery compatibility. When using USB Power Delivery, it is essential to confirm whether the cable is compatible.

Is it waterproof?

It has IP66 water and dust resistance. It's water-resistant but not waterproof. Please avoid submerging in water.

Does the cable also need to support USB Power Delivery?

Ritengo il TR100 un prodotto fantastico un solo dispositivo che mi permette di alimentare 2 dispositivi contemporaneamente anche con un grande assorbimento e poi la possibilità di usarlo sia come caricabatteria anche in modalità veloce sia collegato a una presa a muro sia con un power bank ma anche come mantenitore, e lo si puo usare sia con le normali batterie sia con le agm e anche con le lipo. questo come detto è un dispositivo fantastico come funzionalità ma anche come costruzione,veramente ben fatto

Doesn’t work properly - 100€s wasted until now…

Might not get published, cause it’s bad review but I’ll try to keep it short, honest & informational:
- Bought & installed in April/May 2024.
- At first, very happy.

- then winter 2024-2025 came and the TR100 wouldn’t charge my phone (via SpConnect wirelesscharger on usb-c) and warm my hands (with Koso X-claw heated grip clips on usb-a).
One or both turned off all the time!
- gave the koso‘s back cause i thought it was their fault, but also other heated usb grips wouldn’t get warm…

- now it’s summer & I’ve been to TET France (see picture with TR100 & phonecharger in Cockpit) with the tent.
- after 2 nights I had to cut my holidays, cause the TR100 wouldn’t charge my phone enough, nor recharge a Powerbank by even 25% during multiple hours of riding!

Would give it back if I could!

I love the unit! Ordering is a little confusing. I was disappointed that Chigee ran out of the BMW quick release adapter. I, like others assumed that the AIO6 , like AIO 5 didn’t need the bmw adapter, then after it came the adapters were back ordered!!
