Internal tire pressure sensors that work with displays, offering accurate pressure monitoring to 2 decimal places. Customers said they "work as promised" and are essential complements. However, front wheel fitment issues reported due to narrower rims. Setup instructions difficult to follow, and battery replacement requires factory service after 2-3 years. Temperature display missing.

Doesn't fit on front wheel

For rear wheel installation it's fine but it won't fit on most front wheel.
Front rimes are all narrower and the sensor won't fit in the groove

Thank you for your feedback.

We rarely receive reports of such installation issues regarding our internal tire pressure sensors; however, it appears that the specific motorcycle model you are using may indeed have a compatibility issue. We have currently provided detailed dimensional specifications on our product page, and moving forward, we will work on adding more specific compatibility notes for various motorcycle models to better assist our users.

In the meantime, we suggest you consider trying our external tire pressure sensors, as this type of product may be better suited for your motorcycle.

Thank you for your understanding. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best regards!

Internal TPMS setup instructions difficult to follow

Installed the internal TPMS, works as promised. It would be even better if Chigee can program a software toggle to swap front and back readings. The instructions to setup was not intuitive and the app that I was asked to used was not available to me.

Works well

I bought this model because the external model was out of stock. My Aprilia dealer charged my 30€ to install them.

The advantage with the internal model is that you can monitor the pressure while filling your tires. The disadvantage is that a wheel removal will be required when the batteries run out. It is not clear to me if you have to buy new units, send them to Chigee (the instructions mention "factory replacement"), or if they can be opened to change batteries.

What I did notice though is that the data listed on this page does not match up with the included instruction sheet. Here is the data from the instruction sheet:

Battery life: 2-3 years
Battery replacement: Factory replacement
Size: 25x25x49.5mm
Measurement accuracy: 0.01 bar
Range: 0-8 bar

A must have complement to AIO5

If you bought AIO5, you must buy this pressure sensor. It is accurate to 2 decimal places on the meter display. However, it is lacked of temperature information on the main display. I hope Chigee can rectify this in future firmware release.

Are the internal tire pressure sensors alerts set individually for each tire? Can I set the front tire pressure minimum alert to 30 psi and setting the rear tire pressure minimum alert to 40 psi?

Chigee.com

Hi. Yes, that is possible. The tire pressure alert values can be set separately for the front and rear tires.

You can adjust the minimum pressure warning for each tire individually based on your actual needs.
