I really love my unit. It gives me a real time rear view and as someone with limited neck motion ability, that is a very important safety aspect for me.
I have not received my BMW 10.25-inch TFT Adapter Bracket. DHL handed the delivery to a third party, and I have no way to track it. I placed the order on the 8th of October and paid for express delivery. I AM NOT HAPPY.
Thank you for your feedback.
According to the latest tracking information, the package is expected to be delivered today. Please keep an eye on the tracking updates.
If you still do not receive it or there is any further issue with the delivery, please contact our customer support team and we will help check the shipment for you.
Best regards,
