The build quality on this handlebar mount is solid and the design is refreshingly simple. However, the execution falls short when it comes to actual installation.
My bike has flat bars that taper significantly near the grips, and this mount desperately needs spacers to accommodate that change in diameter. It is frustrating because the only part of the bar where it actually fits securely is the grip itself, which is obviously not a functional mounting location.
Practical Workarounds
I managed to bypass the issue because I have mirrors installed and could repurpose the original CGRC Pro Remote mount instead. If I hadn't had that specific setup, I would have been stuck with a mount that simply doesn't work for my bars.

Final Verdict: Save your money. Unless you have specific bar dimensions or your own set of spacers ready to go, this is an unnecessary purchase.

Nothing much to write about it really. It works and is better than not having a remote, maybe. I don't know, I've always had a remote so I can't say that it's better or worse but it does always work, which I can't say for the main unit.....

Mine has no installation instructions. Where does it mount on my 2016 BMW R1200RT? Between the button module and the clutch housing? It doesn’t fit there. Directly on the grip? Need instructions!
