Usage Guide:

  • Install the TMAX-specific bracket onto the back of the Chigee Display or CG quick-release base. Please pay attention to distinguishing the correct orientation of the bracket.
  • Remove the two lower screws from the four screws at the center of the handlebar.
  • Place the screw washers and align the bracket with the mounting holes.
  • Secure tightly using the included screws (recommended torque: 15 N·m).

Had to buy hex head bolt to use it

For installing head unit without a quick release mount, there is insufficient space for an Allen Key to secure the bolts. I had to replace the bolts with marine grade stainless hex head bolts, which I could then fix using a ratchet ring spanner. If you are using a quick release mount, you may be able to use the Allen Key head bolts. The bracket has no adjustment option, however I was happy with the angle as designed.

The supplied bolts are a different colour to the OEM ones and are quite noticeable. There’s also no adjustability at all. It’s a fixed mount and unfortunately sits too low to be useful.
