I've owned by unit for about 6 months now and have no complaints. It always connects to my phone as soon as I start my bike, the cam footage is great quality, and the touch screen works wonderfully. The 4.3" is a perfect size for a naked bike like my Monster, but those with large hands might want to upgrade to the larger size for easier button tapping.

The external TPMS system now completes my Chigee System. An easy installed worth every cent spent. Ride on!
As soon as it arrived I installed it on my Bike. Connected it to the existing Powerconnector for the Navigation system.
Works very well, liked it so much that I became an Super Early Bird user for the new 6 inch version. Can't wait for the new 6 inch version to arrive!
This is a fantastic piece of kit way better than the BMW official offerings.
After a lot of research and review, stumbled upon this product for Chigee AIO 5 Play.
To begin with, I’m happy with the quality of the product and the integration with the display. I was exited to see all the stats displayed on the OBD view.
Pro : The readings are very detailed and also limited to what’s readable from the ECU.
Con : The device doesn’t read the stats consistently, I had few instances where the OBD reading was not responding, stuck at a particular speed which didn’t change for a while during my ride.
And few other instances where the stats were not very accurate and I notice a delay in reading the stats as well.
Overall, it’s great to start with - but also needs a bit of fine tuning and making it even more efficient with respect to the functionality.
IInstallation in 10 minutes. Quality product and very easy to use. Deserves just a bigger screen.
Great edition to my 1250 GSA just locks into BMW nav prep, connect to wifi or mobile hot spot and activate then it performs software update then ready to go, carplay works really well and easy to use with wizz wheel very happy with this purchase.
Totally worth buying for the unit.

The OBD for my Harley is not very useful. Other than providing RPM data, it has very limited fields and as far as I can tell, I can not customize fields. I have. V&H FP3 and when connected it shows virtually all data generated by the bike.
Nice device. I just wish it would show more data fields or at least be more customizable. I do love the IO5 unit and will likely purchase the IO6 when it comes out.

We understand your concerns. The data displayed by the OBD module is entirely determined by what your motorcycle’s ECU is able to transmit — unfortunately, the module itself only reads available data and cannot modify or expand it. Unlike some specialized tuners like the V&H FP3, our OBD module is designed purely for read-only access with no field customization.

Fantastishe update van mijn navigatie + android play app. Veel beter dan mijn BMW Navigator VI, die enkel maar last had van ghosting.....
The tech on my R1250 BMW is great, when it works. The navigation is sometimes not available while the music seems to work. After my Garmin crapped out on me I decided to try this. So far it is perfect, navigation and music with Apple Carplay just like in the car!
After taking delivery of my new GSA1300 I wanted to replace my ageing NAV V and decided to look for alternative options. I really didn't get along with the BMW Connected Ride cradle (phone didn't sit well while in its case) - so that went on eBay and I found the AIO-5. Really nice to have Apple CarPlay, which seems to work even better than it does in my car (although some learning for me of how best to use the BMW Wonder Wheel. Anyway, the device came quickly, fits the standard mount perfectly and feels incredibly well put together. The price is right and overall I think this is a great option. I haven't looked into whether/how to put in my own routes - Garmin BaseCamp style - but am sure there are options/apps for that. I always found it painful on the NAV V anyways. Overall, I strongly recommend this.

Besides the Android / IOS connection, one of the most useful features is the blind spot detection. I found it very useful when riding both in the city and outside of it. High quality materials and premium feel.
Arrived in a timely manner, packaging was really great and works as advertised.
Installed on my GS1250, plug and play replacing BMW Navigator V.
Bright screen, very good reactivity to touch, Apple Car Play working fine, splitscreen function, even too many display options on positive side.
Negative: very poor settings instructions, limited size (I didn't kow AOI-6 was near to launch), no volume adjustment with BMQ roller command
Like the final look.easy to fit and practical accessorie.
This is high premium product. I think its best currently in the market. Buy it as it saved my life. I was in an accident with a car doing illegal turn and the camera caught everything and I was able to use it as evidence and got my bike all covered by insurance.

Outdated by the recent launch of AIO6.If you bougth recently, as I did, you gonna feel trapeed. More over, last time, aio5 lost the connection many times.
