Chigee.com proudly ships merchandise worldwide. We value your business and strive to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Shipping times, costs, and available methods may vary depending on your destination and stock availability.


Shipping Costs

Free Shipping is available on orders over $49 for selected countries. Due to high logistics costs, free shipping is not available in all regions. Please refer to the checkout page for exact rates.

Shipping Origins

We operate a global warehouse network to serve riders worldwide:
  • Germany Warehouse → Ships to EU countries: Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
  • USA Warehouse → Ships within the United States.
  • UK Warehouse → Ships within the United Kingdom.
  • China Warehouse → Ships to all other countries not covered by the above warehouses, and also fulfills when local warehouse stock is unavailable.


Order Processing Rules

For EU, US, and UK Customers

  • If all items are in stock at your local warehouse, they will ship directly from that warehouse.
  • In some cases, depending on stock levels, part of your order may be shipped separately from our China warehouse.
  • At checkout, you will see the shipping rate name confirming local dispatch:
    • DHL DE (Local Tax-Free Shipping) – for EU orders
    • FedEx US (Local Tax-Free Shipping) – for US orders
    • DPD UK (Local Tax-Free Shipping) – for UK orders

For Customers Outside EU, US, and UK

—or for EU, US, and UK customers ordering items only available in the China warehouse—all orders will ship from China.

Shipping options vary by country. At checkout, you will see the available methods:
  • Expedited (DHL/FedEx, Duties Not Included, 4–7 Days)
  • Standard (Tax-Free, 6–12 Days Delivery)
For some countries, only one option is available:
  • Standard (Duties Not Included, 8–14 Days Delivery)
  • Expedited (DHL/FedEx, Duties Not Included, 4–7 Days)


Duties & Taxes

  • Local Warehouse Orders (DE/US/UK)
    If your order ships from your regional warehouse (e.g., Germany to EU countries, USA to US addresses, UK to UK addresses), it will be tax-free with no additional duties or VAT upon delivery.

  • China Warehouse Orders
    If your order ships from the China warehouse, product prices do not include taxes. You will need to pay any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by your local authority.

  • Tax-Inclusive Shipping Options
    For the convenience of our customers, tax-inclusive (duty-paid) shipping methods are available in selected countries. Please note:
    • These options usually require longer transit times compared to standard or expedited delivery.
    • Availability depends on your destination country and will be shown at checkout.

Reminder: If an order is returned due to unpaid duties, Chigee cannot refund the shipping costs. For details, please confirm with your local customs office before placing your order.


Delivery Issues

Lost or Misdelivered Packages: If your order is past the estimated delivery date or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us at help@chigeego.com for assistance.

Delays: Weather, customs clearance, or other uncontrollable factors may delay your package. If this impacts your use, please contact us at help@chigeego.com for assistance.
