Great option for navigation without waypoints!

Nice construction, I like the way it mounts above the BMW tuft screen. Had one issues getting it to sync up when bike is turned on but solved. Just received my sunshade and screen protector so hopefully glare will subside. Also looking at ways to dampen the vibration while riding as well.

Like OEM with one exception

The design of the K1600 mount looks like factory / OEM. Fantastic. One minor niggle is the angle of the Chigee mount is different from the K1600 LCD causing more glare and washing out the brightness of the display. I've worked with customer service and they are working on an update to address this issue.

Customer service experience is excellent. Respond within a few hours. I'm sold not only on Chigee products but also the overall customer experience.

Minor misalignments can sometimes occur due to slight variances in factory bike tolerances or the tightening sequence during installation.Please rest assured that we have shared your feedback with our R&D team to further refine the product’s precision for future batches.

In the meantime, you might find that loosening the mounting bolts slightly and re-tightening them in a cross-pattern helps the bracket settle into a more centered position.

Hello. This bracket needs to be connected to the bike battery via a cable to power the device. The AIO-6 comes with the required cable as standard, so you don't need to purchase one separately.

I already have the Quick Release module for the AIO6-Max.
Do you have a mounting adapter for the Quick Release module?
This bracket has 2 mounting hole and the Quick Release has 4 Mounting holes.

Please note that only the CG quick release module is compatible with this bracket.
If you are currently using the BMW quick release module, it cannot be matched with this bracket due to the different mounting hole design (2 holes on the bracket vs. 4 holes on the BMW quick release). Unfortunately, we do not have a separate mounting adapter for this conversion.

Thank you for your question. All CHIGEE models, including the AIO-6, can be powered either by connecting the main power cable directly to the motorcycle battery or via a USB power source.

I have a Chigee AIO 5 BMW version which was running in my GSA 1250, but I have changed the bike for a 2024 K1600GT with TFT.
How can I keep using the Chigee? Is there any chance? What exactly will I need?

No. AIO-5 Play for BMW is a BMW-navigation-cradle–only product. It must plug into the BMW Nav cradle for power/mount. If your new bike doesn’t have the cradle (e.g., 2024 K1600GT with 10.25" TFT), the AIO-5 Play (BMW version) cannot be used. We recommend selling the AIO-5 Play (BMW) on the second-hand market and choosing a compatible CHIGEE setup for your new bike.
Recommended, quick-release setup:
AIO-6 (LTE or Max) + CG Quick-Release Module
BMW 10.25-inch TFT Adapter Bracket (mounts above/around the TFT). This bracket works with standard backplates (AIO-6, AIO-5 Lite, AIO-5 Play standard backplate), and fits the CG Quick-Release Module.
