To enable 4G features on the AIO-6 LTE, you’ll need to insert a SIM card into the device.
CHIGEE provides SIM cards for the listed countries/regions — most are free of charge, while a fee applies for Canada and the UAE. If your country is not listed, you will need to purchase your own local SIM card.
Each CHIGEE SIM comes with 2GB of data, valid for 180 days from the activation date. When using a CHIGEE SIM, no service fee is required — you’ll simply pay for data top-ups within the CHIGEE GO app.
To simplify shipping, SIM cards will be automatically matched to your delivery address — we won’t contact you separately to confirm. If you need a SIM card for a different country than your shipping address, please contact us in advance.
Prefer to use your own SIM card? No problem — but please note:
After the first 6 months, to keep 4G features active, a cloud service fee will apply: $30 for 180 days or $50 for 365 days
If the service fee is not paid, 4G features will be disabled, but all other non-4G functions will continue to work normally.

SD Card Requirement for Chigee Display AIO-6
Please note that the Chigee Display AIO-6 does not include an SD card. You will need to purchase one separately, and an SD card is required for OTA firmware updates.
If you do not plan to use cameras: A small-capacity card (8–16GB) is sufficient for OTA updates.
If you also use cameras: Choose a larger-capacity card according to your recording needs.
⚠️ Important: Even for OTA updates, we strongly recommend using a U3-grade SD card. Low-quality or slower cards may cause upgrade failures or trigger “insufficient read/write speed” warnings.
Will it auto-connect to CarPlay/Android Auto upon startup?
CHIGEE can remember previously connected mobile devices. Once you've activated and connected your phone for the first time, CHIGEE will automatically attempt to search for your phone's CarPlay or Android Auto upon startup (assuming your phone's Bluetooth & WIFI is enabled).
Which navigation app can be used?
We have thoroughly tested the CHIGEE with both the Google Play Store and App Store, ensuring compatibility with the most popular and widely-used navigation apps. To confirm, you can check the list of the top ten tested navigation apps on this page.
CHIGEE works by mirroring mobile apps through CarPlay or Android Auto. In theory, any navigation software that supports CarPlay or Android Auto should be fully compatible with the CHIGEE.
Can I Use Offline Maps?
When mirroring your phone's map to the CHIGEE, no data network is required if offline maps are loaded on your phone. Simply ensure your map app supports CarPlay or Android Auto. The GPS signal always comes from your phone, regardless of whether you're using online or offline maps, and is independent of the CHIGEE device's GPS.
Does it have built-in APP?
No, CHIGEE does not have built-in APP. It operates by mirroring your phone's content to CHIGEE Display using Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, primarily through CarPlay or Android Auto. In theory, if your phone's APP supports CarPlay or Android Auto, you can use that app on device.
Does it support my Bluetooth Headset?
CHIGEE does not establish a direct Bluetooth connection to motorcycle headset devices. Instead, it operates by having the Bluetooth headset pair with your smartphone first. Your smartphone then transmits the audio to the CHIGEE. The CHIGEE is compatible with all Bluetooth headsets, as long as the headset can successfully connect to your smartphone. However, please note that the CHIGEE supports the simultaneous connection of only one headset at a time.
Which languages are supported?
The following languages are currently supported: English, Spanish, French, German, Swedish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Malay, Korean, Thai and Danish, Finnish, Russian, Portuguese.
Which phones are compatible with CHIGEE?
Compatible with devices running iPhone 6s (IOS 13) and later. Compatible with Android smartphones featuring Android 11.0 or later.

I've been an early adopter of CHIGEE, I got the AIO-5 on kickstarter back in june 2024 and it is still running great! I've now got another bike so I bought the new AIO-6 and it's even better than the 5 inch version! It has tilt angle built in, bigger screen and better brightness.

This is an excellent piece of kit. Sturdy, clean build quality. Easy to install. Used the 12 -16mm crossbar mounting to put on my rally bar (2022 kawasaki Versys 650). Paired with tps and gps I now enjoy the blind spot detection, rear camera with great quality picture. Makes reversing so much less stressful. Easily paired with my cardo pro come unit too. Now I can use voice controls and make my ride an even richer experience. Will be recommending to my biker mates.
