AIO-6 screen protector, the necessity for anti glare, fingerprint free use. My 3rd Chigee, all covered by these screen protectors … easy to install, simple to remove bubbles and debris using the included sticky sheets. Don’t cheap out on this step!

Protezione eccellente, ma serve mano ferma per l’applicazione

Ho deciso di applicare questa protezione sullo schermo del mio Chigee AIO-6 per preservarlo da eventuali graffi e devo dire che la qualità del materiale è davvero ottima. Una volta installata, la trasparenza è impeccabile e non influisce minimamente sulla leggibilità o sulla sensibilità del touch, integrandosi alla perfezione con il dispositivo. Ho apprezzato molto il kit di installazione fornito nella confezione: i panni per la pulizia e gli adesivi cattura-polvere sono di buona fattura e permettono di preparare la superficie in modo ottimale, eliminando ogni impurità prima del fissaggio.
​L'unico aspetto che mi sento di segnalare, specialmente per chi non ha molta dimestichezza con queste operazioni, è che manca una dima di posizionamento dedicata. Questo significa che l'installazione richiede un attimo di attenzione in più e una buona dose di manualità per allineare perfettamente la pellicola al display fin dal primo tentativo, dato che non ci sono guide fisiche ad aiutare. Personalmente, lavorando con precisione, sono riuscito a ottenere un risultato senza bolle, ma è un passaggio in cui bisogna prendersi il proprio tempo.
​In definitiva, è un accessorio fondamentale per proteggere un dispositivo che in moto è molto esposto. Se siete dotati di un po' di pazienza e mano ferma, il risultato finale è assolutamente soddisfacente e vi ripaga ampiamente del piccolo sforzo richiesto durante l'applicazione. La consiglio senza riserve a chiunque voglia tenere al sicuro lo schermo del proprio AIO-6.

L'article est très bien. Toutefois, il n'est pas garantie de ne pas laisser de bulles lors de la mise en place. Il manquerait donc une sorte de kit cartonné pour aider au positionnement.

Perfect fit not great product

Perfect fit. Doesn’t really ANTI glare a thing. And with it on it’s harder to touch the screen. One pair of my gloves wouldn’t allow me to touch.

We are sorry to hear that the Anti-Glare Screen Protector did not fully meet your expectations, especially regarding glare reduction and touch sensitivity while wearing gloves.

CHIGEE displays use a high-brightness IPS capacitive touchscreen, similar to the screens used on modern smartphones. However, unlike smartphones, CHIGEE displays are designed specifically for motorcycle use, where vibration, bumps, weather conditions, and accidental touches during riding must all be taken into consideration.

For this reason, CHIGEE prioritizes touch accuracy and riding safety rather than extremely high touch sensitivity. If the screen were too sensitive, bumps or accidental contact during riding could easily cause unintended touches, which may affect safe operation.

For the best experience, we recommend using touchscreen-compatible motorcycle gloves, preferably made of rubber or synthetic leather, with conductive touchscreen pads on the fingertips. Motorcycle gloves made with conductive materials and designed specifically for touchscreen use usually provide more accurate control.

Great Product!

This is a great product, but be aware there is a tempered glass protector and the non-glare protector! Both are great. I botched the install of the non-glare one and ordered the tempered by mistake, as a replacement. We'll see how that one works. The anti-glare screen was great, I just got it a little crooked, and I screwed up re-positioning it, so the corners leaked ugly. Will install the tempered glass one tonight or tomorrow.
