I’m satisfied with the smaller screen and the brightness. The hardware is fast enough.
Using this device before my accident as well, a car hit me, and if i don’t have the recorded video i didn’t even remember what was happened.
I highly recommend this device.

I was a bit skeptical of what Chigee device to choose, as I wanted to put it on my Honda Monkey 125 and I haven't managed to find anyone having it installed already. All devices in theory would fit, but I didn't want a large footprint of an AIO-5 or AIO-6 on my small bike, so I decided to get the XR-2 and boy I love it!!!
Installation was easy and after seeing many videos about it I installed it successfully without a single issue. Device works like a charm and it's fast in booting and changing modes.
I also got the screen protector (which fitted like a glove) and the extra remote control for ease-of-use while riding.
I'm very happy with my purchase and I'd suggest it for anyone that wants to buff it's bike with a Carplay/Android auto device that can also record the rides from start till finish.
My only wish would be for XR-2 being able to collaborate with the OBD module (like the AIO-5 and AIO-6 does). Please Chigee team, make it work for us as well \o/ <3

I went with the XR-2 to save a little money and see how well it works and I’ve been very happy with it. Install was easy and it is a solid unit. I will likely move this one to my smaller bike and get a bigger one. I will definitely go with Chigee on my next one.

I've owned by unit for about 6 months now and have no complaints. It always connects to my phone as soon as I start my bike, the cam footage is great quality, and the touch screen works wonderfully. The 4.3" is a perfect size for a naked bike like my Monster, but those with large hands might want to upgrade to the larger size for easier button tapping.

Love how fast the screen respond. No lagging. The most important thing is super friendly support team!

Chigee XR-2 installé sur CBR600, surtout pour la sécurité avec les Dashcam, pas forcément simple à mettre en place sur ce genre de machine. L’écran n’est pas très grand mais ça me va et sur une sportive compliqué de mettre plus grand. La qualité est, apparemment, bonne. La vidéo est plutôt pas mal, ça permet de voir ce qu’il y a derrière. L’AppleCar play est très pratique.
J’aurais vraiment apprécié que la boule livrée avec soit de 1’’ comme Ram mount, il faut encore payer une vingtaine d’euros pour ça.
Autre défaut c’est assez facilement volable. J’achèterai donc un bras Ram mount sécurisé.

Product quality is excellent. The control works well, although I had to make a modification to the base to adapt it. A screen that is perhaps a little too small, but with an unbeatable sharpness.

Voilà un avis après un premier essai sur un week-end de 1200 km. Le montage sur la moto est aisé, personnellement j’ai pris un plus après contact pour alimenter un relais qui envoie la sauce vers le CHIGEE et les poignées chauffantes et hors contact tout est coupé.
L’écran se connecte facilement au téléphone, il est bien assez grand pour voir la route et assez lumineux avec le soleil. Le seul bémol en ce qui me concerne pour cet appareil, c’est la connexion Avec le téléphone si vous voulez récupérer une vidéo. La procédure est très complexe , et l’heure des vidéos ne se règle pas sur votre fuseau horaire donc elles ne sont pas triées dans l’ordre , il est difficile de retrouver ce qui vous intéresse quand vous êtes enfin parvenus à vous connecter. Il y a là deux petits problèmes à régler de la part de CHIGEE.
Enfin ce qui m’intéressait le plus avec le fait d’utiliser l’écran pour l’application de navigation était les deux valves TPMS qui se mettent sur les pneus. Et ça ça fonctionne parfaitement. Je pense que le produit mériterait cinq étoiles quand ce problème de connexion vidéo sera résolu .

I have the xr-2 now a month in use and its a perfect upgrade for my riding experience. The screen is a good size on my cb125r and is very clear to see. Even in direct sunlight i have no problems to see everything.
I use him the most for navigation but it is also a lot easier too take and make a call. No more mistaken calls with it.
The dashcam videos are very good quality but the way to import them to your phone is a hassle in my opinion.

Great product at a price point I really liked with the additional accessories I’ll- tyre pressure gauges that I wanted. Love the system - has worked out well

Awesome screen packed with features. Setup was fairly easy and once its set everything hooks up automatically. Cameras are way cooler than I thought and quality is realy good! My only "complaint" is the 24hr clock and no daylight savings so I have to trick the timezone.
