AIO-6 Max Smart Riding Display

My stats: I'm a 56 year old male. Live in South Central Kentucky. Own a 2003 Honda Goldwing. GPS that I have owned / used on my bike. Iphone, Garmin Zumo 396, Garmin Zumo XT2, Carpuride W702S Pro and now the Chigee AIO6. Out of all those, the Chigee gps is the best, in every way. I went all in and also purchased the TPMS, the sun shade and anti glare mate screen protector, the CGRC multi wireless controller, plus many extra spare parts. The AIO 6 is expensive and more so with add ons. I'll start with the CONS / Not good stuff. The touch screen gets hot, the back of the unit, where the black metal fins are get really hot. The TPMS, when I tested it, my bike sat for 8 days, turned on the GPS and waited for the TPMS to update the PSI and Tire Temp, waited 40 minutes and it did not update. Which means, IF you want to know what the tire PSI is before you start riding you have to manually check it. My old FOBO tpms would only take about a minute to update. So for the Chigee thats not good. Next, again the tpms, when testing LOW tire PSI, you get a audible and screen notification, thats great. However, it only pops up one time. So IF you don't see or hear it, you won't know you have low psi, unless you go the the Chigee App settings screen, there it does show low psi and flashes red.
Next, again about the tire TPMS, on the settings screen, the Left Side shows Front and Rear tire. However the right side for the Low and High alarm limit, it's listed as Front and Back. It should not be Back it should be REAR.
Everything else is GREAT. The brightness in direct sunlight is great. Dim / Dark the screen for nighttime riding is also really good, it goes plenty dim / dark. The touch is very responsive and fluid. I love all the extra features and information it provides. Would I buy it again, absolutely. Hopefully Chigee can provide a TPMS software update to fix issues and make it better. Also, the CGRC wireless controller is really awesome and works way better than expected. I purchased it from Amazon but everything else was direct from the Chigee website.

I really love my unit. It gives me a real time rear view and as someone with limited neck motion ability, that is a very important safety aspect for me.

Once I sorted out the mounting on my 2011 Ducati Multistrada, it was not too bad to wire up. Display is bright, crisp and worked well during its 3200 mile trip out in California and Oregon. Only issue that I have is occasionally it will not power up. Power supplies are good so not sure if there is a flaw in the unit. Only other niggle I noticed is that it takes a while to pair with your phone so I've learned to power up before donning gear so it's ready when you are.

When making the decision, it was down to screen size vs. quality and brightness. I admit that there were concerns that the screen was too small, as I have been using an iPhone that has a taller screen (in portrait).

BUT, using the provided 3D files to print a custom bracket and being able to mount it exactly where I wanted is great. What really stands out is the clarity of the screen in all conditions and how seamless the unit starts and shuts down. No more fiddling, no more going into BT settings after getting gear on and your buddies are already riding. The unit plain works. The remote controller is a big bonus, preventing the need to reach for the screen.

Love the Chigee AIO 6 Max, the android auto works seamlessly. The startup is really quick as well, there's barely any lag. The screen is really bright, even riding in full sunlight is not a problem, I can still see the navigation easily!

I love the Chigee AIO-6! It integrates perfectly with my BMW R1250gs. The screen is super bright and clear. The unit is very responsive and reliable. I also appreciate the regular software updates. I recently added the radar unit, which works great!

The installation went absolutely straight forward and it came out perfect with zero troubleshooting. Love how bright the screen is and the ease of use. Cameras are clear and sharp and the radar is really cool.

Top-notch quality! The screen is fast & responsive, very bright and looks very premium on my Vstrom 800DE. Loving the wireless carplay & tire pressure monitoring.

The unit AIO-6 is fantastic. It works great with my new BMW R1300RS using the joystick and everything in the system like the data. I also added two cameras to the setup. A magnificent device. I couldn't ask for more!

What an incredible user experience over that of the Zumo XT. Being able to use the the things I use everyday is a game changer. I plan to add additional accessories over time.

I bought the Chigee AIO-6 Max and a whole slew of accessories (quick release, cameras, tpms, radar). The quality was top notch and after installation, it just worked. While its pricey, its more important to know that it was worthwhile.

The functions were very useful and the buttons made it easy to switch modes.

I had a long nail stuck in my tire. But it did not penetrate the inner wall. The TPMS helped me constantly check the tire pressure-just in case.

The camera footage quality was very clear-definitely on par with high-end car cam cameras.

The radar was not installed due to the limited mounting option. It needs to be mounted with something pasted from the bottom (eg below a box) to maintain orientation. I could not find any place on my bike to do that while keeping it unobstructed.

I had purchased it for a big trip and unfortunately, less than 5 mins into the ride, my AIO-6 somehow got dislodged from the quick release after going thru a speed hump. At 60kmh, my heart shattered along with the screen. The screen cracked almost completely. Amazingly, it still functioned except for the touchscreen. (given the hard tumble and a car might have run over it). I am impressed by the build quality. I continued to use it for the next 5 days and I worked as expected.

Wanted to purchase a replacement but pockets emptied buying the whole lot then. *SAD*SIGH*

Suggestions for improvements
1) Print indicators on the screen where each physical button is located. Cos I had to hunt where the button are located due to the mounting position. A small triangle on the top edge of the screen, matching the button locations would be really nice.

2) Allow settings to change the font size higher. Older folks cant see the small fonts.

3) The lock/security screw position, makes it hard to lock cos of the limited space behind the unit. The screw may be placed on the top instead or alternatively provide an angled (90 degree) tool instead of a straight tool.

4) Add an option, where when stopped it will automatically switch to the rear view camera (for safety) and switch back to whatever mode it was on once the rider moves off). This allows the rider to be more aware of what's behind him.

5) Provide multiple mount options for the radar as my bike has no place to stick it while maintaining its orientation.

This is my second Chigee device, and it's become a brand I genuinely trust. Every new product they release gets me excited because they consistently deliver on quality.
