I Bought the Chigee AIO-5 for BMW in November 2025. Just one ride in the rain last week, and the device packed up. It is disappointing for a device that cost that much. Prio to this, the device always had connect issue. The Bluetooth connect can just decide not to connect or disconnect in the middle of the trip. I was planning to upgrade to the AIO-6, but with what happened to the 5, I might not be interested any longer.

Also, please make sure to use a USB-A to USB-C cable to power the device. If you are still having trouble turning on the unit, please try using a different charging adapter or cable. The adapter's power output may be too high, causing the device's protection system to limit power input. Bello ma migliorabile

Prodotto davvero ben fatto e davvero utile. Schermo chiaro sempre ben visibile anche sotto il sole. Ho riscontrato solo talvolta dei problemi di connessione con il Bluetooth del telefono: dovendo fare tragitti lunghi ho provato a metterlo sotto la sella alimentandolo alla porta usb della moto ma il segnale arriva debole all’unita AIO5, stessa cosa, ma molto meno evidente, se tengo il cellulare nella tasca del giubbotto. Forse la ricezione del segnale è troppo debole. vorrei evitare di installare un supporto telefono al manubrio, renderebbe l’acquisto del prodotto poco sensato. Comunque si tratta di eventi sporadici facilmente risolvibili riattivando manualmente la connessione. Per il resto davvero bello e utile.
